Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service total.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice may transfer their deposit one time. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Please avoid water, sweating, swimming, and exercise until after your first rinse.
